All Fox Labs Pepper Spray products 1.5oz and larger are warrantied for 3 years from manufacture date (found marked on canister) for manufacture defects ONLY.
11-gram and 15-gram individual canisters and keychains are warrantied for 2 years from manufacture date (found marked on canister or keychain hard-shell) for manufacture defects ONLY.
Manufacture defects do not include items that are abused, lost, damaged by being altered or products that fail to perform due to being improperly stored, such as kept in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time.
Items that fall under warranty due to manufacture defects must have been purchased directly through Fox Labs via www.foxlabs.com or our official Amazon and eBay webstores in order to receive a fully covered refund or exchange.
Shipping costs are only covered under warranty replacement.
Products purchased through any of our distributors or other third party resellers are not covered by Fox Labs International’s policies regarding warranty replacement or any exchanges/returns.
Returns and Exchanges
*With the recent shortage of available workers nationwide due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are seeing a large increase in the amount of missing/improperly delivered packages across all major carriers. Fox Labs does not assume responsibility for reimbursement of any kind if a shipment is lost in transit or is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located by the receiver. Fox Labs will aid in opening any carrier claims with the shipping carrier regarding packages that are lost or damaged in transit, but may not assume responsibility for reimbursement until the carriers’ claim investigation is complete. Fox Labs does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or replacement if a carrier’s investigation concludes that a package was properly delivered but is still unable to be located by the receiver.
Proof of receipt must be provided to receive a refund or exchange, no exceptions.

Prior to shipment, all items are quality controlled and checked for faults. If you receive an item that is not in working condition, please contact us as soon as possible.
Customer requested returns/exchanges of the product may be applicable within 30 days of receipt.
Returns or exchanges that are requested by the customer will need to have any shipping costs paid for by the customer.
Fox Labs reserves the right to refuse any exchanges if the item(s) returned are damaged or not in “new” condition.
After Fox Labs receives your returned package, please allow 5-10 business days for any refunds on returns/exchanges to be processed.
Fox Labs reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange if the package is sent back without an issued return of goods authorization (RGA) visible on the package. RGA number will be provided during the returns process.
When sending a product back for return/exchange, you must use a carrier that is able to provide you with a tracking number.
Fox Labs is not financially responsible for any returns/exchanges lost in transit to and from our facility.
Any promotional items will be refunded at their promotional price, this includes items received at a discount that were accompanied by the purchase of a full price item.
Items that are received for “free” accompanied by a full price item are non-refundable.
Items priced at “final sale price” are non-refundable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Any refunds/exchanges must be made through originally purchased seller. We are unable to accept any returns/exchanges of products purchased via our resellers’ stores/websites.
Fox Labs reserves the right to refuse the reimbursement of items that would cover a “missing item” claim, if the received shipment weight matches that of the completed order reflected by our shipping system. (For questions or concerns about this clause, please feel free to contact customer support)
